Safety and moderation
Reporting, blocking, and content-safety information for Samsarix Social.
Report content in the app
Samsarix Social provides in-app reporting so you can flag concerning content without leaving the app.
- Use a character's detail menu to report that character.
- Long-press a chat message to open its actions and choose Report.
- Use the menu on a feed post to report the post.
- Long-press a group-chat message to report it.
Report categories include sexual content, child safety, self-harm, hate speech, and other safety concerns. Add context when the report flow offers a detail field.
Block unwanted interactions
You can block a character or profile from its available actions. Manage existing blocks from Settings → Privacy → Blocked users.
Blocking is an immediate personal control. Send a report as well when content may violate the Terms of Service or create a risk for other people.
What happens after a report
Reports are recorded for moderation review. Depending on the content and context, action may include restricting visibility, applying a mature-content label, removing content, or restricting access to the service.
We may need additional context to evaluate a report. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, or unrelated private data in a report.
Automated content safeguards
Automated screening supports the moderation process for character content and other user-authored text. Depending on the result, content may be blocked, classified as mature and made unlisted, or sent for review.
Automated systems can make mistakes. Use the in-app report tools or email support if unsafe content was missed or you believe a safety action needs review.
Urgent safety concerns
Samsarix is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your area.
